E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur is soliciting interested vendors in submitting their Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Web Application of Student Record System for use of the Office of Digital Learning administering the eMasters Programmes of IIT Kanpur.

The proposed Student Record System (SRS) have to include the features given in but not limited to the Annexure A.

The Student Record System should take care of End to End requirements of the following stake holders using the Application

    1. Office of Digital Learning of IIT Kanpur
    2. Dean of Academic Affairs Office
    3. Students
    4. Faculty
    5. Administration Office

Organisations who have a web-application/Student Record System/ERP for colleges can  send in their expression of interest giving the following information

    1. Organisation Information – Including the number of years of existence, number of clients, testimonials of clients, if any.
    2. Technical Specifications of the current software Web-Application/SRS currently available
    3. Intellectual Property Ownership
    4. Other Terms and Conditions

The EOI be mailed to ceo_ifacet@iitk.ac.in with a clear Subject Line “EOI for SRS for ODL office” by 5th August 2023, 06:00 PM. 

Annexure A

IIT Kanpur administers eMasters Programme through the Office of Digital Learning (ODL) and assisted by E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur.

The features of the desired Student Record System will include a comprehensive handling of the student records, faculty records, programme and module records, registration handling, financial handling, course delivery including grading and assessments information, graduation requirements, placement information and alumni records for the eMasters Programmes of IIT Kanpur.

The system should be seamlessly integrated through APIs when required to the main databases of IIT Kanpur’s existing systems.
